Kate Lawrence founded Lawrence Law in 2013 to build her construction law practice after several years working as a business lawyer and litigator. Under Kate’s leadership from 2013 to 2019, Lawrence Law focused exclusively on serving the legal needs of the construction industry, and Kate grew the firm to be an established leader in the field. Kate also served as leader in the construction industry itself. She currently holds leadership positions in multiple industry trade organizations, including serving as the Chapter Attorney for Associated Builders and Contractors, Greater Baltimore.
In 2019, Greg Lawrence merged his successful complex civil litigation and white collar and regulatory defense practice into Lawrence Law. Greg has secured notable and record-setting victories for his clients in business litigation and government prosecutions across the nation while in private practice for over 17 years. Prior to that, Greg had a decorated career as Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for over 6 years.
Lawrence Law’s main office is part of its identity. Located at top of The Warehouse at Camden Yards, the office overlooks Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The views—as well as the architectural marvel of the repurposed 1890’s warehouse with exposed brick walls and massive wood beams—provides a unique and fresh atmosphere for Lawrence Law’s team and our clients.
