Lawrence Law is a boutique business law firm focused on solving legal issues for businesses and businesspeople. From high-stakes litigation to day-to-day employment law advice and contract drafting, Lawrence Law attorneys bring in-depth experience, professionalism, and responsiveness to every issue they handle. When litigation is necessary, Lawrence Law attorneys have a proven record of success in complex and high-profile cases across the nation and are aggressive, trial-ready, and focus on the heart of a dispute.

Lawrence Law resulted from the 2019 merger of the successful practices of siblings Kate and Greg Lawrence, and the firm that traces its roots back to 2005. In 2005, Greg Lawrence left his decorated career as Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to form Conti Fenn & Lawrence LLC. There, Greg built his complex civil litigation and white collar and regulatory defense practice, where secured notable and record-setting victories for his clients in private litigation and government prosecutions across the nation.

In 2013, Kate Lawrence founded Lawrence Law to build her construction law practice after four years working as a business lawyer and litigator. Under Kate’s leadership from 2013 to 2019, Lawrence Law was focused exclusively on serving the legal needs of the construction industry, and Kate grew the firm to be an established leader in the field. Kate also served as leader in the construction industry itself. She currently holds leadership positions in multiple industry trade organizations, including serving as the Chapter Attorney for Associated Builders and Contractors, Greater Baltimore.

In 2019, Kate and Greg combined their practices under Lawrence Law. Under their combined leadership, the firm represents a broad spectrum of clients in day-to-day legal advice, routine litigation, and high-stakes litigation and prosecutions.

Lawrence Law’s main office is part of its identity. Located at top of The Warehouse at Camden Yards, the office overlooks Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The views—as well as the architectural marvel of the repurposed 1890’s warehouse with exposed brick walls and massive wood beams—provides a unique and fresh atmosphere for Lawrence Law’s team and our clients. The building is easily accessible, and our clients and visitors enjoy free VIP parking.
