Erinn is an accomplished commercial and business litigator with extensive experience at all stages of dispute resolution. She has expertise in representing broker-dealers and their registered representatives before FINRA and in related litigation in Maryland state and federal courts.

In addition to broker-dealers and investment advisors, Erinn has litigated complex matters on behalf of financial institutions, manufacturers, commercial property managers, and technology licensees. She represents clients in intellectual property disputes involving patent, trademark, and trade secrets, as well as business matters involving business torts, contract disputes, commercial lease disputes, and other general litigation matters.

As both their legal advocate and problem solver, Erinn works closely with her clients to fully understand their industry and business objectives and develops strategies to achieve the most efficient resolution to disputes. She also counsels clients on identifying litigation risk and minimizing litigation exposure.

Prior to entering private practice, Erinn served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Arrie W. Davis on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. She is a graduate of The University of Baltimore School of Law and a member of The University of Baltimore Law Review.
