Madina Lokova represents businesses in their litigation and corporate matters, with a particular focus on the construction industry.  Madina handles cases from their inception through trial and enjoys learning about each client’s unique needs and goals, tailoring her legal advice accordingly and proactively addressing issues before they arise.

In addition to her litigation practice, Madina leverages her corporate and transactional law background and robust skill set that includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and strategic partnership contracts; leading corporate governance, risk management, and M&A initiatives; and advising businesses on their regulatory and operational matters.

Prior to joining Lawrence Law, Madina practiced corporate and transactional law, arbitration, and commercial litigation at several large and mid-size firms in Washington, DC, and New York and served as an in-house counsel in the Moscow and Zurich offices of the multinational asset-management fund.

Throughout her career, Madina has been active in professional associations.  She currently serves in the leadership roles in the ABA Young Lawyers Division and International Law Section.  Madina is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
